Iron Curtain was created by Bob Layton in 1986 and first appeared in X-Factor Annual # 1. Story Arcs Firefox was hired to retrieve Darkstar , Vanguard and Ursa Major after they escaped a special research facility. Firefox located a safehouse with Darkstar, Stencil, Concussion, Iron Curtain and Mentac inside. Firefox raided the safehouse and killed Iron Curtain when he fired a grenade into his mouth. Powers & Abilities Iron Curtain possesses superhuman strength and resistance to injury. His outer body is invulnerable to most attacks including gunfire from various firearms.
