Fallen Angel In Fallen Angel, Juanita is Ernie Violens ' partner and lover and helps him eradicate everything related to vice and pornography. They travel from town to town. She is also the sister of Bumper Ruggs , who runs a debauchery house in Bete Noire. Now that Juanita accidentally found her sister in Bete Noire , she decided to settle there with her lover. She was tired of traveling from city to city to wipe out pornography networks and wanted a quieter life. After the first Jude mass, she sees Ernie on the ground after being daggered by Sirocco . She comes to his defense and makes her flee. Ernie is in bad shape and she has to rush him to the hospital.
