Jake Ramboe was a small time crime boss in Metropolis. He had a brother Moe Ramboe who was a veteran professional wrestler who went by the name "Superman". Moe had the ring name "Superman" twenty years before the Man of Steel was around and he was upset that the Man of Steel used the name Superman. Moe also had the ability to dream and if he remembers his dreams they come true. If the dreams involved sports he was able to name the winners. He previously dreamed the winners of the World Series, Super Bowl and Stanley Cup. And, with the winnings Jake made a small fortune. Moe told Jake of the dream where he defeated Superman.
