Who is John T. Gamelin?

John T. Gamelin was the vice president of Roxxon Oil under Hugh Jones. Jones eventually succumbed to madness and was institutionalized. Gamelin succeeded him as President of the company. He oversaw operations to infiltrate Wakanda. He closed down Brand Corporation, a Roxxon subsidiary, after its illegal activities were exposed to the press. Gamelin was eventually kidnapped by agents of the Deltite, a sentient android who was attempting to take over SHIELD, Hydra and various companies from within. Like in other cases, Gamelin was replaced with a Life Model Decoy which looked and acted like him but followed Deltite Orders.
