Who is Last Knight?

History : Ernst Whythim was the descendent of the line of Black Knights begun by Sir Percy of Scandia in the Middle Ages and wielder of the Ebony Blade. Ernst first drew the sword in the name of justice, but before long succumbed to the blood curse. Over time, he slew 10 thousand people with the sword. Finally, ashamed of what he was, he killed himself with the Ebony Blade. In an attempt to help Dane Whitman understand the Ebony Blade, Dr. Druid made psychic contact with the blade. Unfortunately, he was then possessed by the spirit of Ernst, who transformed Dr. Druid's body into a replica of himself.
