Who is Lehrigen?

A professional elf hunter who claims to have killed elves all across Abode, including the Go-Back chief Kahvi, although her death by his hands is unconfirmed. He is respected by the elves for his demeanor and loyalty to his allies. He has a dog called Morri he uses to hunt with. He is one of very few humans that speaks elvish and calls them 'elves'. He kidnaped Dewshine and Pool in order to trade them for the healer Mender but ended up releasing him and fighting with the elves against the Djun. In ElfQuest: Summer 2001 Special #2 , Lehrigen returns to Ember's tribe an old man and shares Kahvi's braids as proof of her death. He joins them in battle one final time against Angrif Djun before leaving, where he presumably dies of lung cancer.
