She was a guardian and companion to the Ghost Dancer Nathaniel Great Owl, and to the Ghost Dancer James Owl. Creation Lori is a Marvel comics character created by Simon Jowett and Charlie Adlard. She first appears in Dances With Demons #1 released in 1993. Powers and Abilities Lori as a guardian to the Ghost Dancers possesses mystical abilities, both offensive and defensive. Lori could transform into a giant eagle, gaining flight among other traditional traits of such an animal. Lori possesses healing abilities and powers and has the ability to sense and perceive supernatural and mystical beings objects and presences.
