Lowblow is a Image comic book character, with over 47 comic issue appearances. Lowblow is a very small member of the Vicious Cycle as well as Cyberface's Annihilators. He was killed for his part in the Dragon Army by Emperor Kurr.

Who is Lowblow?

Lowblow was one of the many Vicious Circle members that escaped from Stronghold Penitentiary back when Dart first joined up with the Chicago Police Department . He joined up with the Annihilators, Cyberface's faction dedicated to overthrowing Overlord and taking over the Vicious Cycle. He remained loyal throughout Cyberface's leadership. He was later sent by Horde to kill Dragon along with other villains, only for them all to be shrunk in size in retaliation. Lowblow and the other villains were not returned to normal size for years. He would later serve in Mister Glum's army, as well as Mako's army against the Solar Man . He narrowly survived the latter encounter, with most of the Vicious Cycle being slaughtered. As Lowblow grew older, he participated less and less in villainy, until he was selected by Overlord to serve in the Dragon Army , injecting him with the stolen blood of the Savage Dragon, who was soon reborn with his full memory restored as Emperor Kurr .
