He also possesses extraordinary magnetic ability, powerful enough to divert a speeding car. He uses his powers primarly on behalf of the government. Magno's companion is Davey , who has the same powers and costume as his mentor. If Magno is in danger and exerts a magnetic force toward Davey, the youth will be drawn to his mentor, and whatever is in between them will be destroyed. Magno's arch-enemy and most recurring foe was The Clown .
