Who is Margot Wachsler?

When a considerable bounty was put out on Harley Quinn for her supposed theft of some valuable computer disks, Margot (or Margo, as Harley liked to call her) tried to cash in on the opportunity and attempted to kill Harley. Margo ended up being killed however by a stick of dynamite from Harley's pop-gun. Harley later met Margot and the rest of the deceased Quinntets again when she died and was sent to Hell . Although Harley eventually escaped her damnation, it's presumed that Margot is still there.
