Origin Mole is a member of the Morlocks . In love with Opal Tanaka , he admired her from his hiding place under the ground. It was also where Sabretooth was hiding and stalking Mole and his friend Chicken Wings . After killing Chicken Wings, Sabretooth went for Mole. Standing in tears, seeing Sabretooth approach him, Mole suddenly used his powers to burrow his way underneath New York City . Sabretooth was unable to follow him. He ended up in the Bronx , where he lived for a couple of years. When Krakoa became the mutant nation, he moved there.
