Who is Mr. Clean?

Origin Mister clean is a "super-soldier" created by the Church of Humanity to find and kill mutants. He is known to have killed hundreds of mutants - his most famous attack was on a refuge group that hid in the sewers of London. Only a few of them managed to escape the massacre. Creation Wolverine kills Mr. Clean Mister Clean was created by Joe Casey and Ian Churchill in 2001 and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #395. Major Story Arcs Poptopia After killing most of the mutants in London's sewer system, Mr. Clean encountered the X-Men ( Nightcrawler , Iceman , and Archangel ) and fought them. Later, he found the X-Men (joined by Wolverine ) again, along with the London mutants who had escaped his previous massacre.
