His mom is occassionally caring, and occassionally neglectful, all while working at a strip club. Nelson really just needs companionship. He occassionally "runs" with Jimbo , Kearney , and Dolph , but sometimes branches out to bully on his own. His signature outfit always incorporates his blue denim vest, complete with torn off sleeves.
