Who is Nestor?

Nestor was a mysterious figure who appeared to Quicksilver, claiming to know him better than he knew himself and advising him to distance himself from the various people in his life. He claimed said people were keeping Pietro from achieving his true destiny. Though always cloaked, Nestor displayed white/silver hair and facial features similar to Magneto and Quicksilver. He disappeared and re-appeared at will, either teleporting or outrunning Quicksilver. His identity was never clarified though he might be a version of Magneto or Quicksilver time-traveling.
