History The woman named Lea C. Farr was originally a petty criminal who lived in the worst streets of New York. This was until she was discovered by the creature calling himself Mr. Jip . Mr.Jip at some unknown time took her in as his ward and gave her superhuman powers over the darkness itself. Mr. Jip had long wanted to make the hero Cloak to be the vessel for his essence. Night and her partner Day than were tasked with the duty to separate him from his partner Dagger , hoping this would make it easier to obtain his obedience.
