Who Is Noh-Varr? Origin, Powers and Key Facts

Noh-Varr is a Marvel comic book character, with over 519 comic issue appearances. Noh-Varr was the youngest member of a Kree diplomatic team that was blown out of the sky after reaching Earth. Noh-Varr was the only one who survived. He then vowed vengeance on all mankind but was later tasked with protecting them in the name of the Kree, becoming Captain Marvel and later the Protector. After being forced out of the Avengers, he would then become a part of the Young Avengers.

Who is Noh-Varr?

Origin Noh-Varr started out as Marvel Boy. Noh-Varr is of the Kree race and has been genetically engineered from cockroach DNA. He joined the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt . They were sent out as peace keepers to negotiated the Kree/ Skrull Ceasefire. On their way back home, the group answered five distress calls. In the events of facing three Astro-Gods, they were lost in alternate reality after alternate reality. When the 18th finally thought they found home, they arrived on Earth where they were shot down. Noh-Varr was the only survivor of the group.
