Who is O.Z. Chase?
Origin O.Z. Chase is a tough human bounty hunter who works with a cigar-chomping wolf-dog hybrid called Cerberus, given to him as collateral for an unpaid debt. Creation O.Z. Chase was created by Archie Goodwin and Butch Guice and first appeared in Dazzler issue 38 (1985). Major Story Arcs Meeting Dazzler A few years ago he was hired by Dust and Silence , leaders of the New Wave cult, to apprehend Dazzler , but he became friends with his captive and subsequently helped her and her ally the Beast defeat his former employers. Later, after Dazzler joined the X-Men , she and Wolverine helped Chase prove his innocence when Chase's latest target, mutant drug dealer Vladimir Zaitsev, framed Chase for murder.
