Who is Organ Grinder?

Johnny Farmer was a man that received the Penance Stare from Ghost Rider after he and two other men assaulted a young girl in Tarrytown, New York. Farmer remained in a special terminal ward where he was legally brain dead and his body functions were kept alive by life support systems. Farmer was given a spark of life when the Dark Dwarf appeared in his room and offered him the chance for revenge if he accepted a black envelope. Farmer opened the black envelope and uttered a spell written on a page from the Darkhold . Farmer transformed into a demonic entity called the Harvestor and began to kill innocent civilians for various organs and body parts. The Harvestor came into conflict with Ghost Rider and reminded him that the Darkhold gave him the ability to instantly graft fresh transplants to his body. The fight was fierce and it continued until the Harvestor led Ghost Rider into an old, rundown building. Ghost Rider saw several dead bodies hanging from their feet inside a large room his enemy called his harvesting ground because that is where he kept his spare parts.
