Who is Outlaw?

Origin Emulating his idol, the Punisher , Nigel Higgins fought crime in his native London . He first worked directly with Castle to oppose the Kingpin's plot to use the Chunnel to unite Europe´s mobs under his rule. After hearing rumors of Castle's death, Outlaw traveled to the United States and assisted the revived Punisher in a fierce battle in Laastekist, Pennsylvania against multiple opponents. Injured in the firefight, he returned to London to recover. He later allied with the Punisher in a successful mission to squash the Architect's own Chunnel scheme. Major Story Arcs Secret Empire During Hydra's global move to power with Hydra Supreme at the helm, Outlaw is seen defending Paris as a member of the Champions of Europe . When Avengers members Squirrel Girl and Enigma are transported to the Parisian streets they are assaulted by Hydra forces, until Outlaw and his teammates intervene and save them. Neil joins his fellow Contest of Champion survivors Ares and Guillotine and, along with Captain Britain , Excalibur and Peregrine , and the team breaches Hydra's Parisian armory.
