Who is Peggy McArthur?

Peggy quietly sneaked up behind the lovely blonde in Fantastic Four #287. Then she brutally smashed Sue Storm over the head with a vase. This immediately sent the blonde girl into unconsciousness and allowed Dr. Doom to capture her quite effortlessly. A somewhat similiar event occured in FF #23, when Harry Phillips knocked Sue Storm into unconsciousness with ether. While he was a regular human, Dr. Doom had increased his hearing multiple times, so that he could hear Sue Storm, even though he could not see her when she was invisible. Hence, Peggy can rightfully claim the biggest upset victory ever over Susan Storm, as she has not been endowed with any super abilities!.
