Who is Phantom Spaceman?

Kobold also known as Courier First Class Kobold was a space courier from an unnamed planet that orbited a blue giant star over 10,000 light years away from Earth. Kobold was a young 214 earth years old. He was sent to deliver a message in the form of an energy sphere to warring factions on the far side of the galaxy. While on his way to to his destination a comet hit his interstellar courier ship and sent it on course to Earth. Kobold was in a state of suspended animation while a phantom ghost of himself explored the lands. The ghost came upon a S.T.A.R. Labs nuclear reactor. The ghost proceeded to steal the control rods.
