Phillip Voight was high on a mountain when the White Event happen causing him to be irradiated with more energy that any other paranormal those giving him abilities far beyond those of other paranormals. Powers Overshadow can copy and use any paranormal abilities he come close to but at a higher power and will remember this abilities. He can create anti-bodies of larger size, has super human strength, can read mind, place a target under his control, teleportation, telescoping vision, force fields, able the heal others and himself. Overshadow however can't copy the Star Brand powers.
