History : Growing up, Quinlan was always nervous around girls, who always laughed at him. Virtually coerced into dating, he took Angie Hufnagel to the school dance. Believing he was just doing what was expected of him, he took her parking and tried to make out with her. Angie pushed him away, but had to fight him off, which she did, scratching his face. Infuriated, he drove his car after her and ran her down. As he watched her die, he felt feelings of ecstasy he had never felt before. Knowing he'd found his calling, Quill ditched the body, left town, and never looked back. Employed by Judge Mental to slay Justice, Quill impersonated a Mr.
