Who is Randac?

Randac is a gifted Inhuman scientist who discovered the use of the Terrigen Mist and upon coming in contact with it, developed vast mental powers. This transformative process would become known as Terrigenesis . Believing his discovery could revitalize the Inhuman people, he exposed T-Mist to the population, grotesquely mutating many and revealing that the process bestows different abilities and limitations in each Inhuman individual. It took centuries of careful selective breeding to "cleanse" the more unstable genes to prevent another unpredictable manifestation. Randac's Terrigen transformation also awakened a slumbering Kree Sentry and the Inhuman species was deemed worthy of existence.
