He tried to sue Urich, but Daredevil traded the Kingpin information about his wife being alive in exchange for Cherryh admitting his crimes and backing down from politics. In Other Media Senator Cherryh Randolph Cherryh appears in the Netflix Daredevil series, portrayed by Jonathan Walker. He is a senator in Wilson Fisk 's pocket, though it is implied that he may also have some connections to Cornelius van Lunt and Zodiac . In the season finale, he is one of the many people arrested after Fisk's corrupt dealings are exposed to the public.
