Who is Rayda?

Dyna Morisi is a former United States soldier who was mutated in the 1990s, while involved in Operation Desert Storm. She can absorb great amounts of electrical energy in her own body and discharge them in the form of tremendous electrical blasts, similar in form to lightning bolts. On the downside, people who approach her may suffer electrocution by accident. Dyna wears a "non-conducting rubber suit" to avoid such accidents. In her civilian identity, Dyna is employed as a stunt person in Hollywood films and relies on her considerable physical skills to get her through the various stunts. She is of mixed Italian and Mexican descent, with both Italian and Spanish as primary languages for her. She has training in various other languages and is the unofficial linguist of Femforce.
