Who is Reb Tillis?
Reb Tillis wants Wolverine dead. Caleb "Reb" Tillis is the chief prison guard at the Cage which is a prison facility for superhuman criminals. Wolverine and Hank McCoy are locked up in the Cage when they are arrested for murdering a state senator. Their powers are nullified in the Cage because of a shield dampener that surrounds the facility. A bounty is placed on both of them and all the criminal factions in the Cage wants their heads. Wolverine is placed in solitary confinement by Tillis after a fight takes place in the mess hall with Aryan and the Skulls. Tillis would offer a mystical inmate called Mauvais a chance to be free if he would kill Wolverine. Mauvais agrees so Tillis brings Wolverine to him.
