Who is Shakara?
Origin A being created by the remains of the Shakara as an avenging force against the intergalactic empires responsible for the extinction of his civilization. The alien races that now control the universe, conspired together to create a genetically modified virus known as the “red death” that wiped out the Shakaran race.
