Who is Skullcrasher?

A low-level employee of Williams Innovations, the man who would become Skullcrasher resented his role in the company, seeing himself as a wage-slave and pawn for the corporate elite. He spent years using his technical expertise to design his own suit of power armor, and once he was finished, he emerged determined to be the master of his own destiny. Skullcrasher set about terrorizing large corporations, forcing Silicon Valley executives to pay exorbitant prices or risk being attacked and killed. Skullcrasher set his sights on Tony Stark , ambushing his car while in transit. Stark managed to duck out of the way and change into his Iron Man Armor , confusing Skullcrasher greatly. Stark emerged as Iron Man, and attempted to talk Skullcrasher down, but Skullcrasher accused Iron Man of being a tool for the rich and powerful. Skullcrasher got the upper hand and buried Iron Man in the rubble, leaving Stark's driver to believe Iron Man dead. Some time later, Iron Man returned and soundly beat Skullcrasher, presumably turning him in to the proper authorities.
