Who is Sool?

He pursued Kyle Rayner and his new Corps when Rayner and his companions broke out of Sool's jail, following a bar brawl on the station. Sool caught up with his fugitives but soon learned that they all faced a greater threat in the form of an alien invasion. Sool was given a power ring by Rayner and aided the New Corps in repelling this invasion. Rayner felt his self-proclaimed Corps' first mission was a disaster due the one member's betrayal which resulted in the death of another member. Rayner decided to disband his new Corps, take back the power rings , and return to Earth. Judge Sool teamed up with Garl Rathbone and Anya Savenlovich in creating an intergalactic crime fighting group, known simply as "The Corps."
