Spot and Usagi first met on the top of a tower in the wind. He befriended it and took it with him on his journeys. Eventually spot wandered off one night and met Zito-Ino , the blind swordspig. He warned Zito-Ino of an ambush and saved his life. Ino spared Usagi because Spot was with him and Spot eventually went off with Ino on his journeys.
