Steelbeak is a Disney comic book character, with over 30 comic issue appearances. Villain of Darkwing Duck and a member of F.O.W.L. As the name implies he has a steel beak. He is more of a "sit back and relax as your plan goes into affect" kind of guy than a "hands on" sort of person

Creation He was created by Dev Ross for the TV show Darkwing duck. F.O.W.L. of course had appeared previously on the Tv show Ducktales, but this was the first time there was a formidable villain from that agency appear who was not a woman (like Feathers Galore ) and survived his first appearance. Origin Steelbeak works for the Fiendish (formally Foreign) Organization for/of World Larceny ( F.O.W.L. ). He is a major player in this organization and is in charge of several squads of F.O.W.L. Eggmen . He takes orders from F.O.W.L.
