Who is Sylvia?

Her true name and origin are shrouded in mystery. All that is known of the woman who calls herself Syliva is that 200 hundred years ago her lover made her a vampire, and made her his slave. When at last he died, she swore that though she might live forever, no man would possess her again. In exchange for a promise from Rose not to reveal to the rest of the Champions that she continues to exist, Sylvia have taken a vow never to kill again. But since she depends on human blood to sustain her vampiric powers, how well she can succeed in living up to that vow remains to be seen.
