Who is Syphon?

Thomas has the ability to drain the life force of others. He has great control of this ability. He has shown draining someone until they passed out. Draining someone so they can just loose their balance alittle. The only person who has shown to be able to resist his ability is Anastasia. When he tried to drain her, her ability to heal kept healing her until Thomas was drained. Thomas has been able to help create the Psi-Hawk. And able to hurt Psi-Hawk even when he's intangible.
