Who is Tanner?
Tanner, aka Oakroot, is the seventh Wolfrider chief and the one who invented leathermaking for the elves. The son of Freefoot and Starflower , he ruled for 800 years and didn't recognize until he was quite old. His lifemate Stormlight was quite young and their personalities clashed, often making life difficult for their daughter Goodtree . Besides leatherworks, Tanner had a special affinity for animals same as his forefather Prey-Pacer .
