Origin Tar Baby was a member of the group Morlocks . He was good friends with Ape . Often telling Ape what to transform into. He managed to survive the Mutant Massacre , but was imprisoned in the mutant concentration camp named Neverland . He was summarily executed after he was deemed of no value. Creation Tar Baby was created by Louise Simonson and June Brigman in 1985 and first appeared in Power Pack # 12. Powers He has a sticky body that secretes tar and lets him stick to objects and solid surfaces, but more often things sticks to him. He can also scale walls.
