Who is Tarin?

Tarin is the leader of the Commandeers , a group of patriots located in New York City who fought the Badoon invaders that ruled Earth for seven years. After, the Commandeers had to contend with rival gangs of lawlessness including the Punishers and the mind-controlling Realitee-Vee. Except for Tarin and her trusted friend Old Redd , the Commandeers were killed by the group Retox , who demanded that RTV be put back on the air. After their defeat, Tarin was elected as the President of the Northeast Corridor of the United States.
