Who is The Negator?

History Working in a uranium mine, Rodney discovers that "accumulated exposure to the unusually rich ore" has cost him his health. Getting a job as the assistant to the president of the Pacific Energy and Utility Corporation, he creates his costume and weapons and becomes the Negator to get revenge against the nuclear industry. He gets underway by killing top company officials, then tries to cause a meltdown of Los Angeles' Diablo nuclear reactor. Fortunately, the She-Hulk and the Thing of the Fantastic Four are able to defeat the Negator and remove the explosive he'd planted before it can cause any damage. The Negator is arrested and has not resurfaced. "Wasting away from radiation sickness," it is unlikely he will ever return.
