Who is The Wizard?

History Training himself from youth to be a "super-brain", Blane reaches the point where he not only has a phtographic memory extraordinaire , but can actually see events which are taking place miles away. With his "supersensory perception", he turns to crime-fighting as The Wizard. He creates a costume which renders him invulnerable. The Wizard's sidekick, Roy the Super Boy , was introduced in Top-Notch Comics #8. A shoeshine boy, he happens upon some thugs working over a victim. When the criminals try to grab him too, the Wizard comes to his aid. Adopting and training him, The Wizard dresses him in a white and red striped shirt with blue trunks, and give him an equally flashy new name.
