Is the biological father of Tommy Monaghan . He was the owner of almost all the land in halfmiletown. He was a regular customer of Kathryn Monaghan , the local hooker of Halfmiletwon, he knew about his trick of naming their bastards with the name of his father so he threat Katie, was a matter of time before Katie got pregnant by Dawson, when dawson hears about this, burns the katie's house with his sons inside. Later he followed katie to a orphanage in gotham, watching her every day, waiting the moment to finish his job. Finally, he stabbed katie until she was in a critical state near to the death. Years later he killed Frances Monaghan in the same way he did with his mother, just to be killed later in his own house by his own bastard son, Tommy Monaghan.
