He and his partner are assigned the Tet's poisoning case by Maggie Sawyer, where they head to the pharmaceutical plant where both poisoned victims had worked to speak with the CFO. While awaiting the results from the lab, Burke forces Dagmar to go see her son's first performance, making a fake tip about the Penguin so she can stay and watch.
