Origin Very little is known about Tommy the Neck. He became a gangster, and rose to the head of his own family. Creation Tommy the Neck was created by Lilah Sturges , and Zachary Baldus . He made his first appearance in House of Mystery #3 . Major Story Arcs House of Mystery Tommy orders the capture of Johnny Spats, who outwits him. He attempts to shoot Johnny Spats himself, but is killed by the explosion of the gas that Johnny Spats allowed to fill the house. Powers and Abilities Tommy the Neck is a ruthless criminal and leader. He is a very poor shot.
