Who is Wally Flunt?

Wally Flunt found himself in an alley near a woman's dead body, a hammer covered in blood laying by his feet and blood on his hands. He had no recollection of what happened and believed he was the infamous Hammer Killer. He moved around town, buying time to figure things out. Before too long he was chased by Greyshirt , which led them both to an office building. Greyshirt explains to Wally Flunt that the woman found in the alley was actually the Hammer Killer and she must have struck Wally, leading him to have amnesia, so that's why he was chasing Wally. He was looking for the Hammer Killer's latest victim. Wally Flunt begins to laugh as he explains to Greyshirt that he killed a maintenance worker in the office building, believing that since he was the Hammer Killer, one more murder wouldn't matter much. Greyshirt takes Mister Flunt to the police, where he is promptly arrested.
