Yoska was an old lonely Romany man, who was duped by international terrorist Ras al Ghul into believing that Dick Grayson was his grandson, in an attempt to foil Bruce Wayne plans of legally adopting Dick as his son.Soon Batman along with Nightwing foil Ra's plot, learning that Grayson was not his grandson. Later on Yoska shows up in Bludhaven , at Dick's apartment building to be closer to him. As even though they aren't blood related, he still considers him as family, shortly after this Nightwing's apartment building is bombed by Blockbuster , with Yoska being one of the many who dies.
