History Larry was born in Boston , MA and was in a family of six. As he grew up, he was a professional technician and, for a time, made a great living. Soon, however, there was another technician in town and he was twice as good as Larry. Larry was furious and accidentally electrocuted the road around the neighborhood. He then became bitter and started using his powers for crime. Afterwards, he became affiliated with villainous teams such as the Injustice League and fought against the Justice League of America .
