Creation The character was made for the Genoshan trial of the X-Men by writer Chris Claremont and artist Jim Lee . Major Story Arcs The Chief Presiding Justice is the highest judge in Genosha. It was his task to sit on the trial of Genosha v. the X-Men. Before the trial could begin, however, Wolverine got free and fought his way to the Justice's seat. It was only by appealing to Mutate 20 (Storm) that the Justice was saved. He then ordered that the mutants be placed in the care of Hodge until safer conditions could be had for the trial.
