Who is Cixi?

Nicolede's youngest daughter is very beautiful like her sister, but similarities end there. She is rebellious against father and society, and dresses and talks provocatively for her age. She attempts to seduce Lanfeust whenever she has the chance, despite reprovals from her father and sister. Cixi can change the nature of water at will. She gains maturity as the shadowy shadow in leading the rebellion againt Thanos.
