When Taranis the Thunderlord and his companion Boden the Blind discovered the lost settlement of Tine, they were greeted by Dara who took them to meet her father, the Chieftain Druil. Druil and Dara were eager to reestablish contact with Avalorr , and after helping Dara and the natives of Tine defeat the cruel Cyngar, Taranis, Boden, and Dara returned to Avalorr where Dara would act as Tine's ambassador.
