Who is Tekka?

Years ago, Project Cadmus hired one of the world's leading geneticists to create a genetically engineered race of humans to help create superior technology during the cold war. This race of humans called themselves the Hairies because they identified with the hippy movement and chose to leave Cadmus and generally live as hermits from society so the world will never know of their existence or try to use their intelligence to cause harm to other people ever again. Director in chief Mickey Cannon found a way to contact some of the Hairies, and convinced one of the leading members daughter to join the project to show the world that Cadmus can make the world a better place and the world should not be afraid of its technology. Her name is Tekka. Tekka helps Superboy in a battle Tekka is a normal girl, but possesses superior genetically engineered intelligence, thus giving her the ability to create technology a normal human cannot. She can create superior technology is record time from scrap metal, can rebuild technology from all over the universe, and can improve designs. Her race has in the past designed a secret underground highway which enabled them travel underground without any know.
