Origin From a wealthy family and having privileges most would envy, Vanessa Cord seemed to yearn for more. She ends up as the leader of a group of assassins called The Valkyries, but still didn't seem to be satisfied. To obtain yet more power, she creates and builds the "Mento Helmet", a device which allows her to control the minds of other people and force them to do her bidding.
